What is Dialed Sound?
Dialed Sound is the pitch-memory game at dialed.gg/sound. You hear a tone, hold it in memory, and use a frequency control to reproduce it. A standard game covers five tones and rewards how closely your answers match.
You do not need song titles or music trivia. The interesting part is how quickly a remembered pitch becomes uncertain once you start adjusting your own sound.
Five tones, up to 50 points
Each standard round is worth up to ten points, giving five-round games a maximum of fifty. Accuracy determines the score. Easy and Hard options let you change the challenge, while the daily game supplies a shared set of tones.
Think of the control as a way to make a remembered sound lower or higher:

How to play Dialed Sound
- Open Sound, choose Easy or Hard, and select Single player to begin.
- Listen closely when the reference tone plays.
- Adjust the frequency control until your generated tone matches what you remember.
- Submit the match, inspect your round score, and continue to the next tone.
- Complete all five rounds and check the total out of fifty. Choose Daily or Multiplayer when you want a shared challenge.
Daily and multiplayer options
The daily challenge gives players the same five tones for that day. Multiplayer includes shareable challenges and live play, so friends can compare attempts on the same material. Match your mode and settings when comparing totals.
Solo play is available in the browser without creating an account. The homepage provides controls for daily play and high scores alongside the solo and multiplayer choices.
Tips for holding a pitch in memory
Use headphones if they help you hear clearly, and keep the volume comfortable. Before moving the control, try to retain the reference internally for a moment. Start by deciding whether your answer is broadly too high or too low, then make smaller changes as you get closer.
