You wake up to two random countries on opposite sides of the planet. Your mission: name the exact chain of nations you'd have to cross on foot (or via bridge, tunnel, or sneaky island hop) to get from Start to End in the fewest steps possible. No planes, no magic — just real-world borders and your brain.
The twist that hooks you? Every correct guess shrinks the invisible "distance" left to travel, but wrong ones burn precious attempts. You are given a Start country and an End country. Your job is to guess countries that form a connected path between them using only real borders, bridges, tunnels, and a few special island-hopping exceptions.
Each guess triggers instant color feedback that tells you exactly how useful it was:
- 🟩 — Your guess shortens the remaining path (you're on the right track).
- ✅ — Your guess not only shortens the path but also connects directly to the Start country through your previous correct guesses.
- 🟧 — Close, but the path through this country is just one extra country longer than the absolute shortest route.
- 🟥 — Dead end. This country doesn't help shorten the journey at all.
You have a limited number of total guesses based on how long the shortest real-world path actually is (more guesses allowed for longer routes). Run out and the map stays broken. Bridges and tunnels count as connections. Some island groups let you "hop" within the same country. Exclaves do not magically create new borders. The game tracks your progress automatically — you never have to type the full route in order, just keep feeding it smart countries until the entire chain locks in.

How To Play travel earth game?
Step 1: The Setup
The screen shows your daily mission: "I'd like to travle from Djibouti to Zambia." You have X guesses (the number depends on how tricky the route is). Past guesses are hidden but clickable. Three hints are ready if you get stuck (next country outline, all outlines, or initials).
Step 2: First Guess
You type Kenya.
Game Response: 🟩
What This Means: Kenya is on a valid path and reduces the number of countries still needed. The "distance" meter drops!
Step 3: Chain Building
You follow the green lead and guess Tanzania.
Game Response: ✅
What This Means: Tanzania connects back to your already-correct guesses and brings you even closer to Zambia. The path is visibly forming.
Step 4: Refinement
You try Malawi (thinking it might be the final link).
Game Response: 🟧
What This Means: It's usable but one country longer than optimal. You now know you can do better — maybe Zambia is reachable via a tighter route through another neighbor.
Step 5: Victory
