  • You enter guesses in normal English.
  • The game applies the cipher and gives feedback.

  • 🟩 Correct letter & position (after decoding)
  • 🟨 Correct letter, wrong position
  • ⬛ Letter not in the word
• 🧠 Cipher Consistency:
  • If A → X, it ALWAYS maps that way for the puzzle.
• ⚠️ The Trap:
  • Early guesses feel random because the mapping is unknown
  • One wrong assumption about a letter can cascade into confusion
