What is Hemiscope Vault?

Hemiscope Vault combines short riddles with a three-digit safe. Each riddle supplies one digit from zero to nine, and their order determines the combination. You have three attempts to open the safe.

How to play Hemiscope Vault

  1. Read all three riddles and work out a tentative digit for each.
  2. Tap the first riddle's slot and turn the dial to set its answer.
  3. Set the second and third slots in the same way, keeping the riddle order intact.
  4. Select Try the safe to test the combination.
  5. Correct digits remain locked. Reconsider the remaining riddles and finish within the available attempts.

Why the locked digits matter

A failed attempt does not erase everything you have learned. Once a digit locks, focus your attention on the unresolved slots. The interface's feedback tells you which individual riddle needs another interpretation.

For an invented example, if you have worked out three answers as 2, 4 and 6, the relevant combination is 246 in that order. You are not sorting the digits or combining them arithmetically. This example is unrelated to the live riddles.

Tips for cracking the safe

Translate each riddle into a specific question before touching the dial. Determine what is being counted and which scope the wording allows. If you get a result outside zero through nine, revisit your interpretation because each slot accepts a single digit.

Check the selected slot before rotating. A good deduction can still turn into a wrong attempt if you enter it against a different riddle. Before trying the safe, reread the displayed sequence from the first riddle to the third.

The live page offers Daily and Practice modes. Use practice when you want to learn the dial interaction or try additional riddles after the daily challenge. As with the rest of Hemiscope, consult the visible rules for the current puzzle and keep the same browser to retain your local history.
