The core puzzle is familiar: crack a hidden 8-character calculation in six tries. The twist is pressure. Your first guess is already filled in, the clock starts immediately, and wrong guesses add time penalties. It is not just about being correct — it is about being correct fast.

Speed Nerdle follows the classic Nerdle equation logic, but the timer changes the entire mood of the game.

Your mission: find the hidden 8-character equation before the run gets ugly.

Visual feedback works like this:

• Green = the symbol is correct and LOCKED IN the right position.
• Purple = the symbol is in the equation, but in the wrong position.
• Grey = that symbol is ELIMINATED from the solution.

The catch is the clock:

• You get exactly six guesses.
• Each guess MUST be a valid mathematical equation.
• First guess is pre-filled — no warm-up.
• Time penalties kick in from row 4 (10s → 20s → 30s).
• New puzzle daily at midnight GMT.
