What is Daily Sort?
Daily Sort is a color-pouring puzzle at sortstreak.com. Everyone receives the same daily arrangement of tubes, and the goal is to separate the mixed colors until each filled tube contains a single color.

The controls are simple: tap a source tube, then a destination. The planning challenge is keeping enough free space to uncover buried colors without trapping yourself in a position where useful pours are impossible.
Matching colors and empty space
Pour onto the same top color or into an empty tube, subject to the available capacity. A completed color stack is useful because it stops competing for temporary storage with the remaining mixed tubes.
You start the daily puzzle with three hearts. Undo is free, while restarting costs a heart. That makes backtracking an important tool: reconsider a recent move before paying to discard the whole attempt.
How to play
- Choose Play on today's puzzle and inspect the tube tops, mixed layers, and empty spaces.
- Tap the tube you want to pour from, then a legal destination with matching color or empty capacity.
- Continue grouping colors while checking which buried layers each pour exposes.
- Use Undo if a move removes useful space or leads to a dead end; restart only when you want a fresh attempt.
- Complete the sort and use the result screen's sharing or card-saving controls.
Keep a useful buffer
An empty tube is more flexible than a tube holding an unrelated color. Before filling your last empty space, identify the move that will free another space afterward. Otherwise, a harmless-looking pour can leave several mixed stacks unable to move.
Look beneath the top layer when comparing two legal moves. A pour that uncovers the color needed elsewhere may be more useful than one that merely creates a taller stack. Undo lets you test and revise that plan without spending a heart on a full restart.
The separate Arcade menu offers Standard with five colors and Expert with six. Use those options when you want additional puzzles beyond the shared daily board.
