Rock Social is a daily creative game built around a simple material: photographed stones. Each day supplies a theme word, and you arrange rocks into your own interpretation of it.
There is no hidden answer or score to optimize. The appeal is making a recognizable image from irregular shapes, then seeing how differently other people approached the same prompt in the gallery.
A canvas made of stones
The creation screen offers a selection of rocks and controls for color, rotation, and size. Place the stones where they help your composition, adjust their orientation, and use tinting when the original gray would not express the idea clearly.
A narrow stone could suggest a stem, a limb, or a line on the horizon. A broad one could become a body, a cloud, or a background shape. The same source material can serve several roles depending on its scale and angle.
How to play

- Pick a simple interpretation of the prompt and place a few rocks to establish its main silhouette.
- Select stones and adjust their color, rotation, and size using the editor controls.
- Add or rearrange details until the picture communicates your idea at a glance.
- If you want to share it, use Submit, then explore the gallery to see other interpretations of the theme.
An illustrative composition
For an imaginary “camping” theme, you might arrange angular stones into a tent shape and use smaller warm-colored stones for a campfire. That is a creative example, not the current day's prompt or a required solution.
Start with the largest shapes before adding tiny details. If an image is hard to read, simplifying its outline can help more than filling every gap with another stone. Color can separate a subject from its surroundings without requiring an elaborate drawing.
